CHEERS: your guide to the Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival 2022
The 10th edition Hunter Valley Wine and Beer Festival will take over Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley on Saturday June 18and promises one of the greatest years yet.
Dedicated to supporting local communities and industry, the event brings together the best that the Hunter Valley has to offer.
We’ve put together a guide of everything you need to know to help you make the most of one of the biggest days in the Hunter Valley event calendar. Check it out below.
General Admission tickets are available for pre-purchase through Moshtix and will cost you just $15 per person. If you want to buy a ticket the same day it will cost you $25 each.
Tastings are offered for $2 each which will bring you 30ml of wine or 100ml beer or cider.
Up-and-coming wineries Winmark Wines and Parched Crow Wine Co are just two of the incredible Hunter Valley producers that will showcase their best drops.

Six String Brewing Co. and Block n Tackle Brewery will welcome beer lovers to sample their delicious beers. They join eight high-end breweries exhibiting at the festival.

SPIRITS, LIQUORS & PRODUCERS
Mr Black Spirits is back with its incredible coffee liqueur, Oz Tukka will present its gourmet products and The Farmer’s Wife Distillery will delight gin lovers.

FRIENDLY AND FAMILY
The family festival offers free entry to children accompanied by an adult.
And there is also something for them to do. Activities include a bouncy castle, train rides, petting zoo and face painting.
There is plenty of on-site parking at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley for those wishing to drive to the event.
If you are coming from Newcastle, we highly recommend taking the event bus from Novotel Newcastle or Rydges Newcastle. Tickets are available for $30 return per person.

Group of four pieces, Fahrenheit will heat up the afternoons with a set featuring hit artists like Sam Cooke, Elvis and the Beatles, LRB, Cold Chisel, Hoodoo Gurus and The Angels.
