In keeping with its core values, Wander + Ivy chooses Feeding America and Colorado Feeding Kids as recipients of their year-end donations.
Denver, November 3, 2021 – Wander + Ivy, the premium, organic single-serve wine brand, will donate 1% of all sales this year to Feeding America and Colorado Feeding Kids, providing 100,000 healthy meals to families in need.
The company behind the elegant, easy-to-open 6.3-ounce wine line is announcing their recipients ahead of this year’s National Giving Day on November 30. Known for consciously supporting underserved communities, Wander + Ivy will help provide children and families with access to safe, nutritious food by working with Feeding America, the largest food relief organization in the United States, and Colorado. Feeding Kids, an organization providing nutritious food to poor children in their home state of Colorado.
Feeding America is a natural partnership for Wander + Ivy. The national food rescue organization sources high-quality food from manufacturers, retailers and farmers that would otherwise have gone to waste and redistributes it to food banks across the country. The Feeding America Network provides more than 4.3 billion meals a year, helping 1 in 7 Americans facing hunger live safer, more stable lives.
As mother, founder and CEO of Wander + Ivy Dana Spaulding is particularly passionate about providing healthy meals to children in need. Spaulding is honored to once again support a local charity that matches his passion and the brand’s mission.
In 2020, the company’s annual contributions provided 15,000 meals to Colorado Feeding Kids.
âFrom the start, we’ve been dedicated to giving back,â says Spaulding. âIt’s amazing to see our charitable impact expand as we continue to grow the brand. ”
