Richmond Promise Invites Community to Spooky Fundraiser for Virtual Wine Tasting
A “spooky” virtual wine tasting fundraiser on Friday October 29 will support a significant effort to create a culture of college and college achievement in Richmond.

The Richmond Promise was established through a $ 35 million investment from Chevron Richmond, which was part of a $ 90 million environmental and community investment agreement with the City of Richmond related to the modernization project. refinery.
